Rum Balls

Rum Balls are a very sweet lolly or dessert. They are very yummy and you can't eat just one!

Ingredients

 

  • 1 pkt Arnotts Milk Arrowroot biscuits (crushed)
  • 2 tblsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup Dried Fruit ie. sultanas or mixed fruit
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • Rum to taste (1/4 - 1/2 cup)
Directions

Mix cocoa, dessicated coconut, dried fruit and crushed Arrowroot biscuits well.

Add condensed milk and Rum to taste.

Refrigerate for a while (too sticky to roll if too soft)

Roll into balls and roll in extra dessicated coconut.

Refrigerate.
