MEASURING
EQUIPMENT
The difference between measuring cups around the world is minimal. They are all within 2
or 3 teaspoons of each other. 1 Australian measuring cup will hold approximately 250ml.
The most accurate way of measuring dry
ingredients is to weigh them.
An Australia egg is usually a large egg around
60g in weight unless otherwise stated.
