- 6 joints of Kangaroo tail
- any vegetables
- noodles, macaroni or spaghetti
- 1 cup split peas
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the tail in an 8 pint saucepan or camp oven.
Cover with water and bring to the boil.
Once boiling, add split peas, onions and noodles,
macaroni or spaghetti.
Boil until all is cooked along with the meat.
Add the vegetables you have diced up, whether they
be fresh, tinned or dried.
Cook until these are tender then add your salt and
