Blue Swimmers and Beer

  • Blue swimmer crab per person
  • salt

Soak blue swimmer crabs in water for an hour.

Boil water in camp over or pot. Add salt and crabs and boil for 15 minutes.

Let cool.

Cut the crabs lengthways with a sharp knife and remove meat. Crack the claws and legs open with a hammer and remove meat.

Serve with an ice cold beer!
