Ingredients
- cold cooked meat
- any vegetables
- oil
Batter
- 2 cups self raising flour
- pinch of salt
- milk
- 1 egg

Directions Place flour, salt and egg in a bowl.
Mix well, slowly adding a little milk at a time
until you have a smooth batter.
Mince all your meat and vegetables up together and
mix into the batter.
Have oil hot in saucepan or camp oven, then spoon
the mixture in.
Turn them when edges look lik crumpets that are
bubbly.
Fry til golden brown.
Tip
- Serve with bacon and eggs for a very filling meal
