Place flour, egg and salt in a bowl. Mix well slowly adding a
little milk until you have a smooth batter.
Heat oil in saucepan or camp oven.
Dip half inch slices of cold meat into the batter
and then drop them into the hot oil.
Once cooked and brown take out and place on a piece
of paper to drain excess oil.
- Any type of meat can be used including tinned cooked meat.
